Welcome to the Summer 2020 edition of the Pinnacle Newsletter.

 

What a year 2020 has been! Whilst it proved to be a year of challenges, Pinnacle continued to grow, with titles issued for Stages 3 and 5, Stage 4 being built out with new homes and, house construction starting to really move on Stages 2 and 3.

And we anticipate that 2021 is going to be just as busy, if not more! With civil construction completed in Stages 5A and 7, titles are anticipated early in the new year and civil works will gear up on Stage 9. We anticipate a lot of home builds to commence in Stages 3, 5 and 7, with many purchasers having taken advantage of the Government’s HomeBuilders Grant. We cannot wait to see Pinnacle continue to grow and welcome more residents.

As the year draws to an end, the Pinnacle team would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support throughout the year and look forward to another exciting year ahead.

 

Here’s what’s neem happening in and around Pinnacle:

 
Stage 3

House construction on a number of lots have started in this stage. We are starting to see some good examples of people working with the slope of the land and building split level homes.

Stage 5

Titles have been issued for Stage 5. We are just starting to see construction of the first houses in that stage commencing. Street trees are scheduled to be planted in this stage in April 2021, when the weather will start to cool.

Stage 5A

Civil construction and the auditing of this stage is complete, with Statement of Compliance anticipated in December 2020. Titles are anticipated in January 2021. Keep an eye on the Progress page on our website for regular updates.

This will also see the Kensington Boulevard intersection with the Glenelg Highway being opened improving traffic flow throughout Pinnacle.

Street trees are scheduled to be planted in this stage, including along the Glenelg Highway service road in April 2021, when the weather will start to cool.

Stage 7

Civil construction is complete and audits have commenced on this stage. We are hoping to be in a position to receive Statement of Compliance before the end of the year, to enable titles to be delivered in January 2021. Keep an eye on the Progress page on our website for regular updates.

Stage 8

We have just released stage 8 into the market. This stage is conveniently located near the future active open space grounds and school, and is within easy walking distance to the Delacombe Town Centre. Construction is programmed to commence 2nd quarter 2021, with titles anticipated in the last quarter 2021.

Stage 9

Drainage works have commenced on this stage, which will enable the civil construction to be in full swing in 2021. Titles are anticipated mid-2021.

Reserve

Shared path works on the western side of Kensington Boulevard extending from the Glenelg Highway to the southern edge of Stage 5 are complete. That path provides a connection to the shared path along the southern side of Kensington Boulevard heading east and will ultimately extend along the drainage corridor and through the future reserve in the southern portion of Pinnacle providing for a great walking/exercise trail. Landscape works along the northern section of the reserve surrounding the completed shared path are anticipated to commence in April 2021.

Pinnacle offers both a diverse range of lot sizes and characteristics. All lots are a short walk to the future parkland and the vibrant Delacombe Town Centre – great at this time of year for catch-ups with friends, getting food for the festivities and some great gift ideas!

There is currently up to $35k of Government grants if you qualify for the HomeBuilder Grant ($15k) and the First Homeowner Grant ($20k), until 31 March 2021. We currently have a limited number of lots available that will be eligible for the HomeBuilder Grant, so get in quick so you don’t miss out!

And with Stage 8 just released, there is sure to be something that suits your needs at Pinnacle. And you only need a 5% deposit!
